By accessing or using Taco, you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Taco.
Taco operates as a software interface to decentralized protocols. It does not hold, manage, or have access to any user funds, private keys, or wallets. Users interact directly with blockchain networks at their own discretion and risk.
Taco does not engage with, or permit access from, digital wallets located in, established in, or associated with residents, nationals, or entities of the following jurisdictions (collectively, “Prohibited Jurisdictions”):
United States, Republic of China (Mainland China), Singapore, Myanmar (Burma), Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe, or any region or country subject to sanctions imposed by the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union.
By using Taco, you represent and warrant that you are not a citizen, resident, or entity incorporated in any Prohibited Jurisdiction, and that you will not use Taco while physically present in or on behalf of any person or entity in those jurisdictions.
The use of software or networking techniques (including Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, or similar tools) to circumvent these restrictions is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate and permanent termination of access to Taco.
Taco reserves the right to restrict or block access where it reasonably believes a user is operating from or on behalf of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Taco. Access may be restricted based on jurisdiction, regulatory obligations, or internal compliance policies.
Taco is non-custodial. You are solely responsible for:
Taco cannot recover, access, freeze, or reverse transactions or lost assets under any circumstances.
Taco provides tools and interfaces that interact with decentralized trading protocols (including perpetuals and derivatives). You understand and agree that:
Taco reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to services at its sole discretion for any reason, including security or compliance concerns.
Taco may display or collect interface, transaction, or protocol-related fees.
You are responsible for:
Taco may modify its fee structure or introduce new charges at any time, without prior notice.
All transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details — including wallet addresses, token types, and amounts — prior to confirmation.
Transfers to or from smart contracts integrated through Taco may be subject to protocol-level restrictions, delays, or external security audits. Taco has no control over these outcomes.
All content, trademarks, code, and intellectual property related to Taco belong to the project or its licensors.
You may not:

You understand that Taco and its team provide no investment, legal, or tax advice, and all use of Taco is entirely at your own risk.
Taco is a non-custodial interface.
At no point does Taco, its founders, contributors, or affiliates hold, store, manage, or control user assets or private keys.
Accordingly:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taco, its founders, team members, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Taco is to stop using the platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taco, its founders, contributors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Taco may modify, update, or discontinue the platform or these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Taco after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Taco may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using Taco at any time.
Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
Taco shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, regulatory actions, or third-party service interruptions.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Taco’s prior written consent. Taco may assign these Terms at its discretion.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Taco regarding use of the platform and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications.
